中文摘要: 本文对HP863磨煤机干燥风系统中存在的问题进行了分析和研究,并提出了在磨煤机混合风道中加装导流板的技术改造方案.改造后的试验结果和运行数据表明,磨煤机热风出力不足和自控装置无法投运问题得到了解决,而且改造效果良好.

Abstract:This paper studies the problems in the dry-air system in HP863 mill and presents a reforming scheme that bafflers should be added in mixed air pipes of coal mill. The experimental results and operating data show that it has been solved that the hot air flow in coal mill was insufficient and the automatic control of dampers of coal mill can't operate. The effect of the reform is good.
