中文摘要: 国产1025t/h UP直流锅炉由于水冷壁管径小,一次风煤粉喷口相对集中布置,易引起炉内局部热负荷升高,使水冷壁超温爆管.为促进机组的安全运行,本文针对上海石洞口电厂直流锅炉进行了系统的分析研究,并提出了改善炉内热负荷分布的各种措施.
Abstract:1025t/h UP once-through boilers have smaller waterwall tubes and a centralized arrangement of primary air nozzles, which is apt to increase local heat load in furnace and force waterwall tubes to overheat and burst. In order to promote the safe operation of unit, this paper analyses systematically the UP once-through boiler in shidongkou No. 1 power plant, and presents various methods to improve heat capacity distribution in furnace.
