中文摘要: Which和that是两个在复合句中使用频率最高的同，而复合句在英语中又比比皆是，要清楚地理解复合句的语法结构，就必须掌握which和that在复合句中的作用．在分析Which和that在复合句中的基本作用的同时，指出了它们之间作用的相同和相异之处，这对于正确分析复合句的语法结构、全面准确地理解复合句是有一定裨益的．
Abstract:Which and "that" are two words frequently used in complex sentences. If we intent to analyse the grammatical structure of a complex sentence, we have to master the usage of "which" and "that". This paper deals with the basic usage of "which" and "that" in a variety of complex sentences and especially singles out their similarities and difFerences, form which we benefit in comprehending the meaning of the whole complex sentence correctly and clearly.
