中文摘要: 用各种方法分析及通过试验研究了AnvolPE46HR抗燃油酸化的原因, 结果表明:温度和水解是抗燃油酸化的主要原因, 造平油对酸值的变化影响不大, 但使抗燃油的其他品质迅速变坏.并用磷同位素的核磁共振谱(31PNMR)对抗燃油的酸化程度进行定量, 从而为寻找防止抗燃油酸化的方法提供定量依据.
Abstract:The causes of acidation of Anvol PE46HR fire-resistant oil are researched by physical and chemical methods.Temperature and hydrolysis are primary factors of acidation of the fire-resistant oil.The change of acid value of the fire-resistant oil is not affected by the turbine oil.But other characters are become bad quickly as a result of the turbine oil by 31PNMR.Researching the method of preventing the fire-resistant oil from acidation, determines the amounts of acidation of the fire-resistant oil and provides a scientific basis.
