中文摘要: 主要介绍美国L&N公司MAX-1000分散控制系统结构及功能特点,并对其专利技术DEB-400方案在如何解决协调控制过程中机、炉两侧互相影响的问题进行了分析,指出了L&N公司采用能量信号代替机组功率信号的优点,同时对MAX-1000分散控制系统中协调控制系统的总体设计思想进行了叙述.
Abstract:This paper introduces the structure and characteristics of the MAX-1000 distributed control system(DCS)developed by L&N company,analyses the patented technology DEB 400 which aims at solving the problem of the interaction between furnace side and generator side in the course of coordinated control,and discribes the superiorities of energy signals which L&N adopts over power signals.At the same time,the overal designing guideline of the coordinated control system(CCS)of the MAX-1000 DCS is probed into.
