中文摘要: 对供电行业导入企业文化的必要性进行多角度的论述, 并从企业文化的结构层次出发,尝试建立一套符合供电行业特点的可操作的评价标准,在结合实践经验的基础上,提出供电行业导入企业文化的实施步骤.
Abstract:This paper illustrates from various angles the necessity of introducing enterprise culture into power supply industries. Considering the structural levels of enterprise culture, it fries to build up the assessment criteria which is suitable for power supply industries. Based on the practical experience, this paper puts forward the executive procedures of introducing enterprise culture into power supply industries.
