中文摘要: 针对资本项目的管理,提出一国要放开其资本市场必须要从效益、成本和风险3个方面进行比较. 因此,对于中国由于其本身市场机制的不完善,应首先建立一个与本国经济地位、形势相适应的金融制度和严格的金融监管制度,在此基础上再进行略为超前的资本项目开放,只有这样,才能达到本国利益最大化.
Abstract:The paper discusses the management of capital items, pointing out that if one country wants to open up its capital market, it should consider the cost, profit and risk brought about by the opened capital market. On the ground of the imperfect market mechanism in China, the proportional financial regime and the strict supervision to native economic status should be established first. Only after that, can we open our capital items a little exceedingly so as to achieve the utmost profit of the nation.
