Abstract:This thesis mainly discusses the necessity and feasibility of quickening the technology production industrialization of Aerospace Institute, and based on the case analysis of achievement and problem in technology production industrialization of Shanghai Institute of Satellite Engineering, the thesis attempts to find out the reason for the backwardness of techology production industrialization, in terms of macroscopic and microscopic aspects, proposing advice on science technology policy, tax policy, credit policy, monopoly legislation, and ideological conception, possession system, management system, venture capital, the combination of institutes and corporations and so on.
