Abstract:In engineering, Line Balancing Rate is the quota that measures the average situation of every cycle time in working procedure and the production efficiency on processing line. FOG activities are an effective measrue in solving the problem of Line Balancing. The writer cites instances of KC6 Cam Shaft Line and illustrates how to apply FOG method to increase Line Balancing Rate.
