中文摘要: 公共支出所占GNP的比例应随着经济的发展呈现不断增长的趋势.但在中国,从1980年至1995年,公共支出占GNP的比率却逐年下降,而从1996年开始又呈上升的趋势.主要剖析产生这一现象的原因所在,并对今后的变动趋势作初步的预测.
Abstract:Public expenditure is increasing with the development of the economy, both in terms of its absolute value and its proportion to the Gross National Product.In China, the public expenditure decreased year by year from 1980 to 1995, but since 1996, the public expenditure has been increasing. This paper analyses the causes of this phenomenon and its trend of changes.
