中文摘要: 探讨了科技期刊网站的具体目标及其技术实现,指出科技期刊网站作为科技期刊的重要补充部分,应充分发挥网络优势,建立作者、审稿人与编辑部交流的平台,实现从审稿、编辑到发行的现代化管理,并且可以借鉴电子商务的运作模式,实现电子期刊的在线订阅和销售.

Abstract:The target and technical realization of sci-tech periodical web site are discussed as the supplementary part of sci-tech periodical, which is intended to bring the network's superiority into full play, namely, to modernize the editorial management and in the mode of electronic business, to achieve the online sudscription and sates sell of E-magazine as well.
