中文摘要: 针对上海城市经济运行中的电力安全问题,提出必须提高自身电力供应能力,加强外电供应实力,形成电源与电网的系统协同力,改善电力安全调控力,增添电力系统上网出力,提升全社会节能贡献力等近期应对策略.
Abstract:In view of the electric power security for urban economic operation of Shanghai, the paper proposes such short-term tactics as enhancing Shanghai supply capacity of electric power itself, reinforcing outer supply strength of electric power, and forming systematic coordination capacity between electric source and electric power network, improving regulative and manipulative force of electric power safety, increasing transmission capacity of power system, and stepping up the contribution resulting from the energy saving sense of the public.
