中文摘要: 崇明电网是一个地区小电网,近年来,用电负荷不断攀升,用电缺口越来越大.为了防止由于缺口问题所导致的电压、频率等稳定问题,崇明电网特配置了快速稳定控制装置和低周减载装置,以避免类似问题的发生.介绍了快速稳控装置和低周减载装置的原理和在崇明电网中的应用情况,阐述了两装置的配置原则及确保崇明小电网安全稳定的打算等.
Abstract:Chongming Power System is a small local one. With the increase in the load, the problem of power system stability is more and more serious. To ensure the operation security and stability, some automatic control devices, used in the stable control and the low frequency decrease load, have been provided. This article introduces not only the operational principle of these safety equipment but also their application to the power system, showing in detail the schemes and the plans.
