中文摘要: 竞争的电力市场环境迫使电厂降低成本,改变传统的运行模式.发电集团建立专业运行公司实施电厂专业化运行是一种创新的商业化运作的新体制、新模式,目的在于使电厂运行更有成效,同时实现商业利润最大化.基于业务外包的理论探讨发电厂运行外包的模式与策略,并提出运行外包在风险控制方面应注意的问题.
Abstract:Competitive electric markets have caused many plants to cut cost and change traditional operation practices. It will be a new system of organization and new model for power co-corporation to set up professional operative company implementing plant's professional operation in order to be cost-effective and maximize the profit. This article mainly discusses the strategies, barriers and risks when outsourcing power plant's operation based on the theories of business outsourcing, while proposing some comments on the problems of management and the risk control in outsourcing of operation.
