中文摘要: 采用电化学交流阻抗法和极化曲线法研究了环境友好型缓蚀剂钨酸盐及其复配对模拟水中碳钢的缓蚀作用.研究结果表明:加入单一缓蚀剂钨酸钠时,对碳钢具有缓蚀效果的最佳浓度为100 mg/L.相同浓度下的钨酸钠复配(98 mg/L钨酸钠+2 mg/L锌盐)对碳钢的缓蚀效果明显增强且具有缓蚀协同效应.极化曲线测试结果表明钨酸钠及钨锌复配缓蚀剂对碳钢的缓蚀作用机理是阳极型缓蚀剂.

Abstract:The inhibition effect of environmental friendly inhibitors such as tungstate and its complex for carbon-steel corrosion in simulated water is studied by using AC impedance and polarization curves.Na2WO4 shows the best inhibition effect when the concentration of Na2WO4 reaches 100 mg/L.It is also shown that there is a good synergistic effect between Zn2+ and Na2WO4.When the composition of the complex is 2 mg/L Zn2+ and 98 mg/L Na2WO4,there exists better inhibition effect for carbon-steel corrosion.
