中文摘要: 发电机内冷水水质不达标及因水质控制不当会引起铜导线腐蚀,近年来已引起发电厂的普遍重视.指出提高发电机内冷水系统的防腐能力的关键是提高内冷水的pH值.通过现场试验,验证了采用RH/RNa/ROH型混床对内冷水进行处理的可行性和有效性.

Abstract:Erosion of the copper wires may occur owing to non-tandard quality and inadequate control of the cooling water of the generator, which has caught the attention of certain power plants.It is put forward that the key to the improvement of the anti-erosion function of the cooling water system of the generator is to raise the pH value of the water.Based on field experiments, the feasibility and efficiency of processing cooling water by using the RH/RNa/ROH Multi-bed Processing method.
