中文摘要: 针对9F燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组化学工况变换快、水汽监控指标多、化学人员精简等问题,运用水汽集中取样、化学仪表在线监控、加药系统自动调节、数据集中处理等技术,实现化学监督过程的计算机管理,能提高机组水汽品质的合格率,减少锅炉排污,有效地提高了机组效率.
Abstract:Aiming at the problems of the fast change of chemistry conditions,the great number of monitoring index of gas monitoring and the reduction of the personnel on the 9F type gas generator unit,the computer management modes in chemical supervision based on the steam and water sampling,the on-line monitoring of chemical instrument,automatic reagent feeding system and data centralized processing are achieved.The qualification rate of chemical steam water quality is improved and the pollution is reduced by the boiler to improve the efficiency of unit.
