中文摘要: 在分析了电力检修企业初创与变革、成长与变革的规律的同时,提出其组织结构变化与企业成长关系模型的假设,并通过业内某先进企业的成长与组织机构的演变,证明该假设具有一定的合理性,希望对电力检修企业的成长有所裨益.
Abstract:By analyzing the law of the establishment and growth of electric power overhauling enterprises with their reform,a model is proposed to discover the law for growth and organizational restructuring of those enterprises.Then,the rationality is proved by the practice of an advanced enterprise in the area in some degree,hopefully to the benefit of the research of those enterprises and their growth.
