中文摘要: 针对实际运行中短期高温冲击对12Cr1MoV材料的断裂韧性及其参数的影响,根据实际工况温度的条件,对12Cr1MoV实施短期高温冲击,并通过裂纹张开位移(COD)三点弯曲实验的方法得出短期高温冲击后12Cr1MoV的断裂韧性及其参数.结果显示,经过短期高温冲击后的12Cr1MoV的材料与常温下所获得的断裂韧性及其参数具有较大的变化,说明短期高温冲击对材料的影响较大.
Abstract:The short term high temperature thermal shock simulating the actual running condition is loaded on 12Cr1MoV steel to search for the effect of fracture toughness and its parameter at short term high temperature thermal shock. Applying the method of crash opening displacement (COD) and three-point bending test experiment, the fracture toughness and its parameter of 12Cr1MoV steel at short term high temperature thermal shock is obtained. The result shows the considerable change of fracture toughness and its parameter of 12Cr1MoV steel between the short term high temperature thermal shock operation and the normal temperature experiment. It shows that the short term high temperature thermal shock affects the quality of steel.
