中文摘要: 从我国电力企业外源融资方式历史变迁、重债务融资过渡至重股权融资次序选择可以看出,我国电力企业融资方式在宏观上受国家金融、财政制度等经济环境与融资制度影响,在微观上与电力企业治理结构密切相连.随着我国经济环境与融资制度的不断发展,在不同的金融制度和企业法人治理结构背景下电力融资方式也发生着深刻的变化.
Abstract:From the transformation in the way of external financing and the transition of emphases on the selection from debt financing to the financing shares, it can be seen that to the macro extent the way of financing in China is affected by the finance, fiscal system, financial environment and financing institution, while it is closely connected with Corporate Governance Structure of electric power to the micro system. With the continuous development of China's financial institution, the way of financing in electric power is changing profoundly on the background of different financial systems and the governing system of legal persons.
