Abstract:In view of the necessity of the electric power enterprise performance assessment improvement combined with the analysis of the exterior environment,market structure and the characteristics of the electric power industry,this paper adopts the balance scorecard method put forward by Kaplan and Norton from four aspects,namely,finance,the customer,inner process,study and growth.At the same time,it makes use of the Delphi technique,AHP decision-support model and main composition analysis method to engender weighted index.As a result,a new electric power enterprise performance assessment is set up.
