中文摘要: 重点分析了高层次创新型技术人才的成长因素,即个体因素、企业环境、企业文化、继续教育、激励机制等在培养高层次创新型技术人才中的影响作用,并提出了在此过程中应注意的问题.对企业创新型人才的培养、不断满足企业对人才的需求具有指导意义.
Abstract:The paper mainly analyzes factors in the growth of high-level creative and technical talents,and points to the role of personnel factor,corporate environment,culture,continual education and incentive mechanism,etc.Also it presents somes problems which should be paid attention to in the process.It is not only beneficial to training but also helps meeting the needs for talents.
