中文摘要: 我国电力工业发展存在体制性障碍、电源结构不合理、高投入、高消耗,以及电网建设落后、地区发展不均衡等深层次问题.指出电力工业改革模式应以市场化改革为基本取向,对电力市场改革的模式和进程应有不同的选择.
Abstract:Due to the systematic drawbacks,irrationality of power sources,high level of investment and consumption as well as some profound problems such as low development level and the regional imbalance of resources and loads,the reform mode of China's electric industry should be oriented by marketing reform.Various modes and processes should be utilized as well.
