中文摘要: 分析了电力市场中电力库与双边交易模式对市场力及市场结构的影响,运用微观均衡分析法对相应的电力市场均衡效率进行了理论层的比较分析,并以英国电力市场的改革结果为例进行了论证.分析表明,不同的电力交易模式对市场力的分配存在直接的影响,市场力分配对电价的形成存在影响,强制电力库制度安排相对于双边协议更容易造成市场力对均衡价格的扭曲.
Abstract:By local equilibrium theory, market structure determines market equilibrium and is specified by market powers.In electricity markets, two main exchange models exist in practice, namely, the power pool model and the bilateral exchange model.Comparative analysis of market powers resulting from different exchange models reveals that electricity exchange arrangement has effect on market power allocation; market structure specified by market powers has effects on the equilibrium electricity price ; market power on pricing is stronger with the arrangement of power pool than with the bilateral exchange.Cases of electricity market reform practice in England are applied in the analysis.
