中文摘要: 以我国电力系统应对突发性灾害的实际需求为导向,总结了2008年初我国电力系统抗击冰雪灾害的经验和教训,探讨了突发性灾害中我国电力系统应急管理协调运行机制问题.指出了研究电力系统应急资源体系和投入保障机制的设计有利于建立我国电力系统的应对策略和可持续发展战略.
Abstract:In view of the actual need of China's electric power system in dealing with unexpected disasters, this paper sums up the experiences of China's electric power systems against the snow disaster and the lessons drawn from unexpected disasters and emergency management agencies in the early 2008.It points out that it is very important to integrate the power system contingency resources and investment protection mechanism of the design problem and gain the ways of preventing unexpected disasters and the strategies of sustained development in China's power system.
