中文摘要: 通过加大真空荧光显示器(VFD)灯丝温度,开展了4组恒定应力加速寿命试验.采用一种基于COM组件的VB与MATLAB混合编程方法开发VFD寿命预测软件,完成了VFD寿命的估计.结果表明:试验设计方案和寿命预测方法正确可行;由该软件精确计算的加速参数可以确保在很短的时间内估算出VFD的寿命.
Abstract:In order to estimate the lifetime of Vacuum Fluorescent Display (VFD) in a short time, four constant stress accelerated life tests (CSALT) are carried out with its filament temperature increased. The lifetime prediction software for VFD is developed by a hybrid programming method of VB and MATLAB based on COM component, and the life estimation is achieved. The results indicate that the test design scheme and lifetime prediction method are correct and feasible. The accurate accelerated parameter calculated by this software makes it possible to predict the VFD lifetime rapidly.
