中文摘要: 通过对崇明三岛电网的安全稳定控制系统的构建,制定了详细的稳控动作策略,既可确保崇明三岛电网主系统在发生低频事故时维持小系统的稳定运行,又可在发生电网主电源设备过载事故时最小化地切除部分负荷,达到在现有电网结构下增大输送容量的目的.
Abstract:Through the design of security and stability control system for the three islands' power grid in Chongming,the development of detailed action strategy can not only ensure that the three islands power grid of Chongming maintain a small stable system when a low-frequency incident occurs in the main system,but also of increase transmission capacity in the existing power grid structure while the main power equipment involved in the event of overload accidents,the security and stability control system can minimize the removal of part of the load.
