中文摘要: 在实验室小试验装置上,利用旋流板吸收塔对湿法氧化镁脱硫工艺进行过程模拟.通过考察液气比、温度、烟气进口浓度,以及溶液pH值等操作条件对脱硫效率的影响,探索得到湿法氧化镁脱硫工艺的最佳工艺条件.

Abstract:Rotating-absorber,a high efficiency mass transfer equipment,is used to simulate the wet magnesium oxide desulfurization process in the laboratory.Through investigating the impact factors of desulfurization efficiency such as Liquid/gas ratio,temperature,the consistency of gas import,the pH value and other operating conditions,the optimum conditions of the wet magnesium desulfurization process are obtained.
