中文摘要: 介绍了控制性能标准(CPS)的参数体系,对上海电网外来受电计划、网内大型钢铁企业冲击负荷、网内机组调节性能等客观因素进行深入分析,指出引起上海CPS指标偏低的根本原因,并在此基础上给出未来提升上海电网CPS指标的若干建议.

Abstract:The parameters of the control performance standard (CPS) system is introduced,an indepth research is conducted on objective factors,such as Shanghai power grid external power receiving plan,the impact load of large-scale steel enterprises and adjusting performance of generator units. The ultimate cause of the Shanghai CPS low evaluation index is pointed out,and on this basis,a number of recommendations are given to enhance the CPS index in future.
