中文摘要: 微电流信号检测是高压电气设备在线监测及时发现设备隐患、提高设备稳定运行的关键技术.对模拟信号进行5阶巴特沃斯滤波,利用MAX132模数转换芯片实现对模拟信号18位高精度双积分数字转换,同时可以抑制50 Hz的工频干扰.通过89C51单片机对整个系统进行控制,以实现微电流信号的提取.
Abstract:Micro-current signal detection is key technologies of high voltage electrical equipment on-line monitoring and detection of the hidden danger of equipment to improve the operational stability.The system uses the 5th order Butterworth filter to perform filtering the analog signal, using the MAXl 32 chip analog-digital conversion of the analog signal to realize 18 precision double digital conversions, and it can inhibit the 50 Hz frequency interference.The system uses the 89C51 microcontroller to control the entire system and achieve micro-current signal extraction.
