中文摘要: 基于IEC61970标准和IEC61850标准,采用分布式架构,结合状态检修业务的具体需要,构建了满足状态检修业务需求的自动化系统设备状态评估模型.利用电力自动化系统的故障特点和设备的自检信息,进行在线监听分析和收集整理,形成了自动化系统和设备的"健康状态评估模型".通过对模型相关参数设置预警条件,实现了自动化设备状态的评估和预警.
Abstract:Through the IEC61970 and IEC61850 standards in the aspect of system model of innovation, improvement and fusion, the common information model for condition based maintenance are established.By using the fault characteristics and self-inspection of electric power automation system, the health evaluation model for the electric power system and equipment are realized, then by setting the warning of relevant parameters in the model, the automation equipment condition assessment and early warning can be realized.
