中文摘要: 超重力法与化学吸收法相结合的方法是一种较新的脱碳方法.为了获得各种因素对超重力法脱除CO2气体效率的影响,实验研究了模拟烟气流量、吸收剂浓度、吸收溶液流量以及转子转速对CO2脱除率的影响.实验结果表明,CO2脱除率随着模拟烟气流量的增加而降低,随着吸收剂浓度和吸收液流量的增加而增高,随着转子转速的增加呈先增后降的趋势.
Abstract:The super gravity method with chemical absorption method is a relatively new one. In order to obtain the influence on removal efficiency of CO2 gas with the super gravity method because of a variety of factors, the influence on CO2 removal efficiency is studied by research on the simulated flue gas flow rate, absorbent concentration, the absorption solution flow rate and the rotor speed. The experimental results show that the CO2 removal efficiency increases with the increase of simulated flue gas flow rate decreased. With the increase in sorbent concentration and absorption liquid flow, removal efficiency can be increased; and with the increase in rotor speed, CO2 removal efficiency increases first and then decreases. In the process of the experiment, the optimum operation condition for the experiment is determined.
