中文摘要: 以溶胶凝胶法分别制备了Ce-Cu/TiO2和Ce-Fe/TiO2复合催化剂,测试了两种催化剂的低温SCR脱硝活性以及抗SO2毒化的能力.通过X-射线衍射分析法(XRD)鉴定了催化剂物相结构,采用BET法测定了催化剂的比表面积和孔结构,采用程序升温脱附(NH3-TPD)了解了催化剂对NH3的吸附能力.研究了催化剂的酸性强弱和活化中心温度,利用程序升温还原(H2-TPR)研究了催化剂的还原性.结果均表明,较大的比表面积、较低的结晶度、较高的NH3吸附能力和氧化还原能力是Ce-Fe/TiO2性能表现较佳的主要原因.

Abstract:The catalysts of Ce-Cu/TiO2 and Ce-Fe/TiO2 are prepared by sol-gel method, and the low temperature SCR activity and SO2 resistance of the two catalysts are tested. X-ray diffraction analysis(XRD) is used to analyze the phase structure of catalysts, and the BET method is used to calculate the specific surface area and pore structure of the catalysts. The acidity of the catalysts is determined by adopting the temperature programmed desorption(NH3-TPD) method, and the redox ability of the catalysts is measured by temperature-programmed reduction. It can be concluded that larger surface area, lower crystallinity, higher NH3 adsorption capacity and redox ability are the main causes for the better performance of Ce-Fe/TiO2 catalyst.
