中文摘要: 介绍了国内外风力发电的发展情况和上海发展风力发电的诸多优势.针对目前上海市风力发电的现状、存在问题和发展趋势进行了分析,并提出了解决风力发电存在问题的具体建议.
Abstract:The development of wind power insudtry in China, as well as the various advantages of Shanghai in developing wind power, is introduced. The status quo of the development of wind power industry of Shanghai, the problems and the development trend are analyzed. Finally, some specific suggestions for solving the existing problems with the development of wind power are offered.
