中文摘要: 采用铁路功率调节器(RPC)来治理高速铁路供电系统中存在的负序、无功和谐波等电能质量问题.使用两个背靠背的变流器来实现无功补偿和谐波处理.在RPC系统下,提出Vv变压器下电流检测方法和旋转坐标系结合PI的控制策略,用以减少工程的计算量和交流误差,实现RPC直流侧的质量稳定.并利用Matlab进行试验仿真,仿真结果显示RPC具有良好的电能优化能力,能进行负序的补偿和谐波治理.
Abstract:A railway static power conditioner is used to manage the problem of power quality about harmonic,reactive and negative-sequence that exists in the power supply system of high speed railway.And two back-to-back converters is used to realize reactive power compensation and harmonic treatment.In the RPC system,the current detection method and rotating coordinate control strategy combining PI is proposed to reduce the amount of computation and communication engineering error,and to achieve stable quality of RPC DC side.Finally,Matlab is used to conduct simulation test.The simulation results show that PRC has good power optimization ability,compensation and harmonic control to negative sequence.
