中文摘要: 介绍了通过供电电压自动采集系统的运用,实时监控电网低电压、超负荷等异常情况.结合某县供电公司农网电压管控实例,采取改进的九区图控制策略等无功调节控制手段,制订三级联调、安装新型电压调节稳定装置等各种合理整改措施,以有效提升居民客户端供电电压质量和供电优质服务水平.

Abstract:Power grid voltage automatic acquisition system is applied, which monitors low voltage, overload and other abnormal situation of rural electricity.In combination with examples of voltage management of a certain county power company, the improved nine area chart control strategy and other reactive power adjustment means are introduced in details.The application of three level cascade adjustable voltage strategy and the installation new voltage stabilizer and other sorts of reasonable measures are put forward, which are effective in improving the voltage quality of residents and the standard of power supply service.
