中文摘要: 根据纳米CT获得的真实页岩数据重构出三维页岩岩样.首先,利用纳米CT获取纳米精度的页岩体数据,将这些页岩体数据从二维灰度图像形式转换为二值化图像;然后,将二值化后的页岩体数据叠加获得重构的三维页岩岩样数据,分析这些数据可以获得页岩岩样的内部孔隙分布特征.实验表明,该方法可以获得真实的页岩三维结构,对页岩的含气性评价和流动规律研究具有重要意义.

Abstract:Three-dimensional shale samples are reconstructed using real shale data obtained from nano-CT.Firstly,the shale volume data with the resolution of nanometers are obtained by nano-CT.These volume data are all stored by 2D gray images,which should be transformed into binary images;then stacking these binary images can obtain reconstructed 3D data of shale samples.After analyzing them the characteristics of pore distribution inside shale samples can be obtained.Experiments prove that this method can obtain real 3D structures of shale,which is quite significant to the evaluation of hydrocarbon content and research of flow rules.
