中文摘要: 二次再热已逐渐成为大容量、高参数超超临界机组的发展方向。对超超临界二次再热机组烟气余热利用技术进行了探讨,对4种可能的余热回收方案进行了热经济性计算和调频最大负荷量变化计算。分析结果表明,烟气-高加换热方案节能效果最好,发电煤耗率降低6 g/kWh;烟气-低加换热方案和烟气-低加-空气换热方案对给水调频的潜能无影响,但会降低机组凝结水节流调频的潜能;烟气-高加-空气换热方案和烟气-高加-低加-空气换热方案对凝结水节流调频的潜能无影响,但会降低给水调频的潜能。
Abstract:Second reheat gradually becomes the development direction of large capacity and high parameter ultra-supercritical units.The quadratic reheat ultra-supercritical unit flue gas waste heat utilization technology is discussed,and a static simulation model is established using EBSILON software,waste heat recovery of four possible solutions for thermal efficiency calculation and FM computing maximum load change.The analysis results show that the flue gas-high energy saving effect and heat transfer scheme is the best,and the power generation coal consumption rate reduces 6 g/kWh;the gas-air heat exchange and gas-air-low pressure heater transfer scheme for water supply frequency modulated potential,reduces the condensate throttling FM potential;gas-high pressure heater-air heat exchange and gas-air-high pressure heater-low pressure heater transfer scheme of no effect of condensate throttling frequency control potential reduces the potential of water supply frequency control.
