中文摘要: 室内热环境对主变压器的散热性能有重要影响。基于实地测试数据,建立了计算流体动力学数值模拟模型,改变通风方式、机械送风速度和负载率对一体式电力变压器室的室内热环境进行了研究。通过分析温度场、速度场、温度梯度和换气效率来评价4种通风方式的通风和散热效果。创建了位于散热器内部的两条直线,研究了机械送风速度和负载率的变化对散热器散热性能的影响。
Abstract:Indoor thermal environment has an important impact on the thermal performance of the main transformer.CFD numerical simulation model based on field test data is established,changing the ventilation method,mechanical air supply speed and load rate to study the thermal environment of the integrated power transformer room.Through the analysis of temperature field,velocity field,temperature gradient and air exchange efficiency,the ventilation and cooling effects of the four ventilation methods are evaluated.Two lines,line 1 and line 2,inside the radiator are created to study the effects of changes in mechanical air supply speed and load rate on the heat dissipation performance of the radiator.
