中文摘要: 电励磁双凸极电机初始位置的准确检测对于电机初始信号的给定,确保电机无迟滞的起动具有重要意义。对比分析了串联自感母线电流响应法和端电压法两种初始位置检测技术。前者以串联自感随转子位置的变化而变化为理论基础,通过检测开关组合开通和关断时母线电流的大小来判断转子的位置区域;后者根据三相自感随转子位置的变化而变化的规律,通过比较开关组合开通和关断时非导通相端电压的大小来判断转子的位置区域。在考虑励磁电流产生的定位力矩影响的情况下,可准确判断出转子位置。最后,通过实验验证了两种初始位置检测技术的可行性,并证明了理论分析的正确性。
Abstract:An accurate initial rotor position detection of Doubly Salient Electromagnetic Machine (DSEM) is important for accurate initial signal and starting without delaying.The series self-inductance bus current response method and terminal voltage method are analyzed contrastively.The series self-inductance bus current response method is based on the condition that the series self-inductance changes with the rotor position and bus current is detected when the switch is on and off.The terminal voltage method is based on the self-inductance which changes with the rotor position.In consideration of the cogging torque,the accurate rotor position is determined.Finally,the feasibility and correctness of theoretical analysis are verified with the experimental results.
