中文摘要: 为了分析逆变器供电对永磁同步电机(PMSM)电磁振动噪声的影响,建立了一台PMSM多物理场耦合振动分析有限元模型。首先,利用ANSYS建立电机2D电磁模型,通过有限元法分别计算了逆变器和正弦电流供电情况下4 000 r/min电机的磁通密度;然后,应用节点力传递法将电磁力耦合到定子齿上进行谐响应分析,计算电机振动噪声,分析逆变器和正弦电流供电下PMSM电磁振动和噪声频谱特性。
Abstract:In order to analyze the influence of inverter power supply on electromagnetic vibration noise of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM),a PMSM multi-physics coupled vibration analysis finite element model is established.Firstly,the 2D electromagnetic model of the motor is established using ANSYS,and the flux density of the motor is calculated by a finite element method under inverter and sinusoidal current at 4 000 r/min.The nodal force transfer method is used to couple the electromagnetic force to the stator teeth for harmonic response analysis,calculate motor vibration noise,analyze PMSM electromagnetic vibration and noise spectrum characteristics under inverter and sinusoidal current.
