中文摘要: 社会主义核心价值观是引领我国社会价值走向的价值观，是中国精神的集中体现。培育和践行社会主义核心价值观一个重要的途径是把社会主义核心价值观融入到法治建设，坚持依法治国和以德治国相结合，形成具体的法治制度规范，指导立法、执法、司法和守法，用司法公正引领社会公正，弘扬社会主义法治精神。
Abstract:The core value of socialism is the value that leads the social value trend in China and the concentrated reflection of chinese spirits.To integrate socialist core values into the construction of the rule of law is an inevitable requirement to adhere to the combination of rule of law and rule of virtue,and an important way to strengthen the construction of socialist core values.To integrate socialist core values into the construction of the rule of law,it is necessary to promote the integration of socialist core values into legislation,adhere to the combination of the rule of law and the rule of virtue,guide social justice with judicial justice,and promote the spirit of socialist rule of law.
