中文摘要: 我国电力企业安全文化建设面临着如何更好地实践科学发展观，提高企业的竞争力，改善企业安全管理等问题。以中国华电集团下属子公司安徽华电宿州发电有限公司为试点，使用三角方法包括SWOT态势分析模型、PEST宏观环境分析模型、PDCA循环全面系统地开展企业安全文化理念体系、企业安全识别体系的建设，提出华电宿州公司安全文化体系研究与规划。
Abstract:The construction of security culture in China's electric power enterprises is faced with how to better practice Scientific Outlook on Development.Improving the competitiveness of enterprises and the safety management of Anhui Huadian Suzhou Power Generation subsidiary of China Huadian Group(Sudian) is taken for a pilot project.The trigonometric methods,including Strengths Weaknesses Opportunities Threats,Politics Economy Society Technology,Plan Do Check Adjust is used comprehensively and systematically to carry out the enterprise safety culture concept system,construction of enterprise safety identification system,research and planning of the safety culture system of China Power Suzhou Company.
