中文摘要: 随着发电机组的容量不断增加,自动化水平也越来越高,机组分散控制系统(DCS)的重要性日益凸显。针对某电厂DCS系统控制器负荷率异常波动问题,从硬件配置、控制器负荷分配、处理周期以及逻辑组态等方面进行分析,通过检查验证,确认负荷率的波动是由某卡件故障报警信号频发所引起的。最后,针对该类问题提出防范处理措施,对DCS系统控制器的管理和维护具有借鉴意义。
Abstract:With the increasing capacity of generating units and the increasing level of automation,the importance of distributed control system (DCS) has become increasingly prominent.Aiming at the abnormal fluctuation of DCS system controller's load rate in a power plant,this paper analyses reasons among the hardware configuration,controller load distribution,processing cycle and logical configuration.And through checking and verification,it is confirmed that the reason of load rate fluctuation is the frequent occurrence of fault alarm signal of a card.In the end,the paper puts forward some preventive measures to deal with these problems,which can be used for reference in the management and maintenance of DCS system controllers.
