中文摘要: 天然气分布式能源是一种贴近终端用户的先进供能技术,具有能源利用效率高、多能供应能力强、供能保障效果好、污染排放低等优势,有非常好的发展前景。为推动国内天然气分布式能源产业发展,国家和地方制定了配套的产业鼓励政策,促进了经济发达区域天然气分布式能源产业发展,但因缺乏先进的开发思维、建设成本和运维费用高、上网电价低等因素,导致天然气分布式能源缺乏竞争力。应通过创新开发思维、创新开发模式、创新运行管理和创新技术研发,提升该技术市场竞争力,推动天然气分布式能源产业长期良性发展。
Abstract:Natural gas distributed energy is the advanced energy supply technology which is close to the end user.This technology has a very good development prospect, because of these advantages such as energy utilization efficiency, multi-energy supply capacity, energy supply guarantee effect and low pollution emission.At present, in order to promote the development of natural gas distributed energy industry in China, supporting industrial encouragement policies have been formulated at the national and local levels, which to some extent promotes the development of natural gas distributed energy industry in economically developed regions in China.However, due to the lack of advanced development thinking, high construction cost and operation and maintenance costs, and low power price, the development of natural gas distributed energy lacks competitiveness.It suggest by strengthening the innovative development thinking, innovative development mode, innovative operation management and innovative technology research and development, to improve the market competitiveness of this technology, and promote the long-term benign development of natural gas distributed energy industry.
