中文摘要: 在能源转型战略不断发展的背景下,虚拟能源站以其能够实现多种能源耦合互补的特性,成为了高效清洁的能源载体,同时也为能源站的规划、配置、运营等提出了更高的要求。针对虚拟能源站,从经济性、能效性、环境效益、可靠性4个方面,构建了多层次的综合评价指标体系,利用主客观相结合的层次分析法-熵权法科学客观地评价虚拟能源站的规划运营情况。最后,以某园区虚拟能源站实际运营数据进行算例分析,验证了所构建的评价模型能够科学有效地对能源站发展情况展开评估工作,同时也能为虚拟能源站未来的发展建设提供一定指导性建议。
Abstract:Under the background of the continuous development of the energy transition strategy, virtual energy station can realize the characteristics of multiple energy coupling and complementation.Virtual energy station has become an efficient and clean energy carrier, and it also puts forward higher requirements for the planning, configuration and operation of energy stations.Aiming at the economy, energy efficiency, environmental benefit and reliability of the virtual energy station, a multi-level comprehensive evaluation index system is established.The AHP-entropy weight method combining subjective and objective is used to evaluate the planning and operation of the virtual energy station scientifically and objectively.Finally, the actual operation data of a park-level virtual energy station in the south is analyzed as a case study.The result verifies that the constructed evaluation model system is able to evaluate the development of the energy station scientifically and effectively, and at the same time, it can also provide the development and construction of the virtual energy station with some significative suggestions.
