Abstract:In order to further improve the emergency handling capacity of various functional departments for large-scale power failure incidents, and at the same time enhance the effect of emergency response training and drills for power security emergencies, a scenario construction method is adopted to collect and sort out the important scenarios in large-scale power failure incidents based on relevant cases and books.The coding rules, classification methods and jump relations of scene library are designed.Based on the actual situation of Shanghai power grid, the paper constructs the specific scenario of the large-scale power failure event, and designs the deduction scheme of the large-scale power failure event based on the "context-response" method.
