中文摘要: 蒸汽发生器作为核电站一、二回路的换热枢纽,对于核电站的安全高效运行至关重要。为此,以某AP1000机组蒸汽发生器二次侧为研究对象,根据成本理论和经济学理论,建立了AP1000机组蒸汽发生器二次侧热经济学成本数学函数模型,对其热经济性进行计算分析。结果表明:负荷降低会加速热经济学成本增加;改善压强条件对二次侧热经济学成本影响不大,但会增加泵功耗,影响整体经济性;改善二次侧换热条件,更容易降低热经济学成本。
Abstract:As the heat transfer hub of the first and second circuit of nuclear power plant, steam generator is very important for the safe and efficient operation of power station.Therefore, taking the secondary side of the steam generator of an AP1000 unit as the object of study, the thermal economics cost mathematical model of the secondary side of the steam generator of AP1000 unit is developed according to exergy cost theory, and its thermal economy is calculated and analyzed.The results indicate that the decrease of load will accelerate the increase of heating cost.Improving the pressure conditions has slight effect on the secondary thermal economics cost, but it will increase the power consumption of the pump and affect the overall economy.It is easier to reduce the cost of thermography by improving the secondary heat transfer conditions.
