中文摘要: 以型号为S7-50/35/0.4的三相三柱式电力变压器为对象进行空载试验研究,分析了三相电压不平衡率与空载试验参数的关系。采用3组单相调压器与1组三相调压器分别模拟三相试验电压平衡与不平衡的状态,使用4种不同的空载试验方式,对变压器空载电流与空载损耗进行试验研究。结果发现:三相试验电压不平衡严重影响变压器空载电流与空载损耗的测量准确性;在试验变压器不连接中性点的情况下,三相试验电压不平衡率低于1.36%时,空载电流百分数测量相对误差在-5.63%以内,空载损耗测量相对误差在-2.85%以内。
Abstract:Taking S7-50/35/0.4 three-phase three-column power transformer as the research object of no-load test,the relationship between three-phase voltage unbalance rate and no-load test parameters is analyzed for the purpose of research.Using four different ways of no-load test,three groups of single-phase voltage regulator and a set of three-phase voltage regulator are used to respectively simulate balance and imbalance of three phase test voltage no-load current of transformer with no-load loss analysis.And experimental study found three-phase voltage imbalance seriously influences no-load current of transformer with no-load loss measurement accuracy.Under the condition that the test transformer is not connected to the neutral point,when the three-phase test voltage unbalance rate is lower than 1.36%,the relative error of no-load current percentage is less than -5.63%,and the relative error of no-load loss is less than -2.85%.
