中文摘要: 针对低温省煤器凝结水温度无法满足投运要求和主机轴封溢流量大的现状,通过新增轴封溢流冷却器,回收主机轴封溢流热能用于加热凝结水,以满足低温省煤器投运水温的要求;同时配套设计轴封溢流冷却器控制逻辑,策划冲洗、投运方案,并提前对低温省煤器水侧进行蒸汽吹扫,以满足水质要求。投运成功后综合效能显著,预期年收益达298万元。
Abstract:In view of the current situation that the condensate temperature of low-temperature economizer is unable to reach the operation requirements and that the main engine shaft seal is large,the water temperature requirements of the low-temperature economizer are satisfied by adding the overflow cooler of shaft seal and recovering the overflow heat energy of main engine to heat the condensate water.At the same time,the control logic,washing strategy and commissioning scheme of the shaft seal overflow cooler are designed,and the steam purge of the water side of the low-temperature economizer is carried out in advance to meet the water quality requirements.After successful commission,the comprehensive efficiency is remarkable and the expected annual income reached 2.98 million.
